Helping Hand offers a total package of services for property management, cleaning and other services for homeowners, holiday home landlords and commercial institutions.
Our property management consists of 3 packages, A, B and C. The approach and service is the same for all packages, only the frequency of visits differs per package. Our preference is when we take care of the cleaning, our company also takes care of the property management so that we can let you enjoy your home carefree and benefit optimally from a good return when you rent it out. In addition to this, a property management package offers you more safety and security and you always have the option to call in our employees at any time to check your home or to make a key available at your request.
Many homes are uninhabited for a large part of the year, which is why we at property management always, we open the windows and demonstrate that there are visitors in your home, and of course the services we offer are aimed at keeping your home in perfect condition. For this reason, we advise you to have your home cleaned regularly, even if you do not use it for a longer period of time, to prevent vermin.
If there is a problem, the employee will contact you immediately and we will act according to your instructions. This is initially done by telephone or by whatsapp, then the necessary actions or activities are carried out in consultation

Key management:
- Making your key available to third parties at your request
- Be present when a third party visits your home
- Provide the house with fresh air, open windows
- Photos of a visit to your home by email
- Available 24 hours for emergencies
- Communication with any security service of your home
- Flushing toilets and draining when visiting
- Watering your plants
- Check that there is no waste in and around the house
- Check whether all installations are working
- Check that all windows are working properly.
- Empty your mailbox and scan and forward mail
Visit report
You will receive a short summary of every visit to your home, that everything is in order and the findings of your home and any matters that are going on in the area.
